It’s never too late to consider the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. They flow from his experi-ence of God guiding him as a loving elder guides and teaches a child. Jesuit Kevin O’Brien published last year An Ignatian Adventure. He describes in an accessible way the gift Ignatius bequeathed the church and the world.
